7. Storage of Application Information
- Wize's online rental application platform is called Operator.
- Information and documents submitted through the application portal are stored within Operator.
- Operator is hosted using infrastructure provided by Base44 and its supporting cloud service providers.
- Wize uses commercially reasonable care in selecting reputable technology providers.
- Storage, transmission, hosting, and processing of electronic information occur through third-party technology systems outside Wize's direct operational control.
- Wize cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute security of electronic information.
- Wize disclaims liability for outages, unauthorized access, data loss, security incidents, or failures resulting from third-party technology providers except where caused by Wize's own negligence or where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Applicants acknowledge these inherent risks by electronically submitting information.
8. Retention of Application Information
Application information may be retained as reasonably necessary to:
- Process applications
- Maintain transaction records
- Resolve disputes
- Detect fraud
- Satisfy legal or regulatory obligations
- Comply with record retention requirements
Information may thereafter be securely deleted or anonymized when commercially reasonable.

- Wize utilizes Operator to manage rental applications.
- Operator is hosted on infrastructure provided by Base44 together with supporting cloud service providers.
- These providers process information solely for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering requested services.
- Third-party providers operate under their own security standards and contractual obligations.
