Daniel is the Founder and Principal Broker of Wize, bringing experience across asset management, property management, leasing, construction, and real estate technology. Throughout his career, he has worked with large residential portfolios totaling thousands of units, supported major development and lease-up projects, and partnered directly with owners, investors, management teams, contractors, and tenants. Known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Daniel focuses on improving property performance, streamlining operations, and creating long-term value. He founded Wize to bring these disciplines together under one modern, integrated real estate platform built for the New York market.

Mendy is a seasoned New York real estate operator with more than 15 years of experience overseeing large residential portfolios comprising thousands of units. His expertise spans property and asset management, portfolio performance, tenant relations, maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and the development of systems that support consistent execution at scale. He provides Wize with strategic insight into management operations, property performance, and long-term value creation.

Joseph Benguira
Joseph is a technology founder and software architect with more than 20 years of experience building scalable digital products, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and automation systems. He has led the development of platforms serving startups and international organizations, with deep expertise in software architecture, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and high-performance systems. He provides Wize with strategic insight into technology, product development, security, and scalable systems.

Adam Hagbi
Adam is a licensed general contractor with hands-on experience across residential construction, renovation, roofing, and property improvement projects. His background spans multiple trades and project types, giving him a practical understanding of construction planning, field execution, budgeting, problem-solving, and quality control. He provides Wize with insight into renovation feasibility, project efficiency, building conditions, and value-add improvements that strengthen both the performance and presentation of a property.
New Development & Strategy
Soo Park
Soo brings a multidisciplinary approach to new development, combining research, sourcing, design direction, positioning, and launch strategy. She helps shape projects from the earliest concept through market introduction, providing guidance on product vision, design consistency, materials, branding, presentation, and the overall customer experience. Her involvement supports a cohesive process from the initial idea and planning stages through property launch and opening events.
