Wize is a licensed New York real estate brokerage providing brokerage, management, leasing, new development, construction, renovation, and advisory services. All services are subject to applicable New York State and local laws and regulations.

Approval decisions are made solely by the applicable landlord, owner, or management company.

Applicants represent and warrant that information submitted is complete and accurate, that uploaded documents are authentic, and that they are authorized to submit any third-party information, including guarantor documents. False or misleading information may result in denial of an application or termination of negotiations.

Applicants consent to the electronic collection, storage, processing, transmission, and sharing of submitted information for purposes of evaluating their application and facilitating the requested real estate transaction.

Wize shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or reliance damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or Wize's services.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of this website, or Wize's services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Wize each waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Wize reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
